Multi-user application

Several users can access the application at one time. Administrator can delete, add and modify users.

Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)

A User of the system can modify his/her CV(Curriculum Vitae). A Curriculum Vitae includes information about the most important areas of life and work of the employee:

  • Personal Information (Name, Address, Birth Date, Marital Status (married or not married) etc.),

The application allows getting printable versions of his/her CV as HTML, RTF or PDF document.

Curriculum Vitae searching

Administrator and Director are able to search CVs by appropriate skills. This allows finding employees with the necessary skills for projects in your company.

Also Administrator and Director are able to look up/search employees involved in required projects, to select projects by used environment (technologies, equipment, hardware and/or software resources, etc.).

Flexible Curriculum Vitae fields

Administrator of the system can modify the list of Degrees for Education part of the CV, manage the list of projects accomplished in the company and define the set of skills that the employees of your company should have.

Notifications to update CV

Administrator or Director can send notification to an employee to update his/her CV according to the current employee’s status.
